- Inform the customer of all the details related to the movement of the shipment from the date of sending it to the date of its arrival
- Follow up the arrival of shipments to airports and ports.
- Assigning an employee from the Customer Service Department to follow up all customer inquiries and respond to them within a maximum of 24 hours.
- Following up on the customer’s receipt of the shipment.
In the event that there is any problem caused by the shipping company, the supplier company, or any other party, it will be followed up according to the customer’s requests and directions.
